ATDBio attends 20th RSC Nucleic Acids Forum
The 20th annual Royal Society of Chemistry Nucleic Acids Forum was held on the 5th of July, and several members of the ATDBio team were lucky enough to attend.
Held in the picturesque halls of Burlington House in London, the aim of the event was to bring the nucleic acids research community together to discuss new research within what the RSC describes as "the chemistry-physics-biology interface". The ATDBio team spent the day learning about the latest advancements in nucleic acids research, engaging in insightful discussions with experts across the field, and ended their time in London with a lively drinks and networking session.
ATDBio was proud to sponsor the event, and in particular was proud to play a part in supporting the work of early-career researchers and current PhD students. We would like to extend our congratulations to Quentin Smith, who was awarded best oral presentation, as well as to Ana Mikic and Caecille Benckendorff for being awarded best posters. Their contributions exemplify the high calibre of research presented at the forum.
A special thank you to the RSC team, and especially to chief organiser David Rusling, for their efforts in organising the event.
